Returns and Refunds

Shipping:
• We provide FREE SHIPPING in India on all orders above 1999 INR
• Standard delivery in 3-6 business days (Due to COVID deliveries can be delayed)
Return of Products and Replacements : 
a. Lush & Rapt offers a 1 week replacement warranty for all products sold on its Website, under certain conditions mentioned here in below:
i. You will notify Lush & Rapt of any defect within 24 hours from the date of receipt of delivery of the products, provided such return is for reasons limited to damage during shipment, packaging defect, incomplete packaging, wrongly delivered or wrong product. Products should be returned in their original packaging to qualify for replacement. Shipping and handling charges for return of such defective products and replacement shall be borne by the customer.
ii. Lush & Rapt shall not be held responsible and liable for variation of appearance or display of products on its Website.
iii. In the event that You fail to inform Lush & Rapt within the stipulated time frame and condition set out in Clause 9(a)(i), Lush & Rapt reserves the right to accept or reject such replacement request at its sole discretion.
iv. Lush & Rapt will replace/repair the defective product depending upon the warranty of the product at no extra cost. Lush & Rapt will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, Lush & Rapt reserves the right to offer an alternate product or refund for that particular product in case the returned product is out of stock/ production.
v. You acknowledge that the return and replacement policy is not valid for certain products, including not limited to boxes customized by you, complimentary gifts, food items.
Refund Policy :
a. You understand and acknowledge that all sales are final and
b. that there shall be no refund of any payment under any event whatsoever. In the event that You do not want replacement of a defective Product(s) under Clause 9, Lush & Rapt shall offer an in-store credit of the refundable amount, to your Website account within in a maximum of 15 Business Days from the date of receipt of notification of defect in accordance with Clause 9, and will be valid for 1 month from date of issue.
Disclaimer :
• The date of delivery is an estimate as the product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, Thus, there’s a possibility that your gift may be delivered a day prior or a day after the chosen/expected date of delivery.
• Kindly provide the accurate delivery address as the delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you keep tracking the package timely.
• Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping and taxes are non-refundable in case of returns.
