About our founder

Tanvi Bothara

A former design student turned creative entrepreneur, I founded Lush & Rapt in August 2020 after completing my MA in Design Innovation. My journey began with a simple yet profound goal: to bring happiness to those around me. What better way to achieve that than by creating thoughtful, emotion filled gifts!

The idea for Lush & Rapt was born from my love of gifting and the realization that there was a growing need for highly curated options for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and life’s special moments. This insight fueled my passion to craft meaningful, personalized gifts that leave a lasting impression.

My love for contemporary and quirky home décor also inspired me to expand our offerings to include home décor products, blending creativity with functionality.
